Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Compensation: $21.55/hr
Shift: 2nd shift (Mon - Fri)
Shift Differential: $0.50/hr

The Chemical Packager is responsible for weighing, filling, labeling, sealing and other packaging operations as well as general warehouse duties relating to packaging materials such as unloading bottle trucks and keeping packaging materials in order.

A day in the Life:Weighing, filling, labeling, sealing and other packaging operations for various bottle sizesGeneral warehouse duties relating to packaging materials such as unloading bottle trucks and keeping packaging materials in order.Transport bulk material, bottles, caps and supplies to filling location.Complete necessary information for recordkeeping.Set up scale, checks bottle size, sets up containers to be filled.Responsible for working safely and for producing quality products.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:Preferred: Work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related fieldPreferred: Experience in a cGMP environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Ability to read and write in EnglishCandidates who are committed to working in a safe and efficient manner.Worker must be capable of operating powered industrial trucks, forklift operator experience is helpfulPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentCandidate must be comfortable working in an environment with hazardous and non-hazardous materialsAbility to work alternately in a seated or standing position is requiredWhat We Offer
