Partner with the best

As a Chemical Order Fulfillment Professional, you will be responsible for:

Managing customer orders end-to-end from order receipt through delivery to order closure ensuring accuracy, on time performance and a strong customer experience

Working collaboratively across key stakeholders such as Sales, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse to ensure orders are executed efficiently and issues are proactively resolved

Receiving, reviewing and processing the customer order into SAP

Validating order details and resolving any discrepancies with the sales team

Checking inventory availability, planned supply and evaluating realistic delivery commitments

Identifying risks such as shortages, delays, availability and driving risk mitigation actions to ensure on time delivery 

Working closely with logistics to coordinate transportation requirements to meet delivery needs

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, order management, and customer operations - chemical background is preferred

Have a Bachelors Degree in related field

Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English

Have experience in SAP

Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
