We are excited to invite passionate and skilled chefs to join the culinary teams at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

About the Roles

Depending on your level and experience, you will:

Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standardsSupport daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentationWork collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen teamMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanlinessContribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture

Qualifications

About You

Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles)Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment (preferred)A strong work ethic with a passion for fresh, high-quality foodAbility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidaysA team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
