We are looking for a passionate Chef de Rang to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will act as the main point of contact for guests at their table, ensuring flawless service from start to finish.
Key expectations:
Provide a warm, professional welcome and ensure guests feel valued throughout their dining experienceOffer expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and specialitiesAnticipate guest needs and personalise service to exceed expectationsSet up and maintain the station according to hotel standardsCoordinate with Commis and Demi Chef de Rang to ensure smooth service flowTake orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen and barCollaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flowProfile:
Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environmentExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong team spirit and positive, professional attitudeBenefits:
