Your Mission
As Project Manager Officer, you play a key role through the following responsibilities:

Scope, plan and execute operational excellence initiative as directedProvide analysis on the initiatives to support communicationEffectively communicate progress, problems and risks using the tools and templates provided to youSupport with timelines and rigor tasks and actions from SBRs, MBRs, QBRs and ABRsSupport with analysis and identification of process improvementsSupport with deep dive on specific topicsSupport projects as per assignmentManage projects and changes in all sites owned by their own organisationCommunicate effectively progress on projects to the Partner Management teamCommunicate effectively progress change roll out to the OCM change manager

Profile Sought:

Experience as a project manager, with a background in operationsAbility to manage changeAbility to handle complex projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with data analysisFull-time position ; availability from Monday to FridayPMP or Prince2 certification is a plusAbility to design processes (Green Belt certification preferred but not mandatory)
