Description - Product Manager, Business intelligence We are seeking a BI Product Manager to drive the vision, development, and adoption of self-service analytics solutions that support our Publishing and Game Development teams, enabling stakeholders across the organization to have access to reliable, well-structured data to make informed decisions. Responsibilities: ● BI Strategy & Roadmap: Continue to advance the Centralized BI framework that is at the heart of the hub-and-spoke operating model, balancing standardization with flexibility for game teams. ● Standard Telemetry Design: Establish consistent event tracking and telemetry frameworks to ensure high-quality, actionable analytics for all game teams. ● KPI Definition & Standardization: Ensure that teams across the organization are aligned on core metrics, reporting methodologies, and data definitions. ● Data Catalog & Lineage: Mature the adoption of a Centralized Data Catalog to improve discoverability and understanding of available datasets. Enable data lineage tracking to provide transparency into how data is created, transformed, and used across the organization. ● Reusable BI Components: Build and maintain scalable, reusable data models, dashboards, and ETL pipelines that can be shared across multiple game teams to reduce redundancy and improve efficiency ● Data Governance: Enable self-service analytics by providing well-structured data, documentation, and governance policies, empowering game teams to innovate locally while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and compliance. ● Data Quality: Drive automated monitoring and alerting processes to detect anomalies, schema changes, and data quality issues before they impact decision-making. Work with upstream teams to proactively improve data reliability and consistency. ● Training & Enablement: Develop best practices, documentation, and training programs to help teams maximize BI tools effectively. ● Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Product Managers and Analysts from Studio, as well as our own internal Analytics team (Analytics Engineers and Data Analysts) and drive improvements to the aforementioned. Requirements: ● 10+ years in product management, BI, or analytics within gaming or a related industry. ● Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling and ETL. ● Expertise in Looker is a big plus. ● Experience leading data governance and BI enablement initiatives. ● Familiarity with cataloging, lineage tracking. and observability tools (Acryl, Collibra, MonteCarlo). ● Excellent communication and management skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications ● Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced gaming environment. ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks. ● Experience in the gaming industry, and passion for understanding player behavior and engagement metrics is a plus Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr.
