Job Description Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure food is prepared, presented, and served correctly. Check portion size, garnish, and food quality. Communicate menu updates and out-of-stock items. Support commis with daily tasks, manage kitchen supplies and stock, and maintain food safety logs. Help train, schedule, and motivate the team, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
