Minimum 2 years' work experience as Demi Chef or in similar role in a hotel or large restaurant specializing in Chinese cuisine and with good standards.Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
