We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef with strong experience in Levantine cuisine to support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of traditional Levantine dishes, ingredients, and cooking techniques, while ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operationsPrepare and oversee authentic Levantine dishes, including hot and cold mezze, grills, and traditional specialtiesEnsure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion controlSupervise kitchen team and provide training when requiredMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanlinessAssist with menu planning, costing, and inventory controlMinimize food waste and ensure efficient kitchen operationsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsWork Experience
