\n

What will I be doing as a Chef de Partie?

\n\nRegular training\nEnsure all food preparation meets standards\nPrepare and present high quality food\nSupervise staff\nPrepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus\nAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships\nAssist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nA minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie role\nStrong coaching skills\nAbility and desire to motivating Team\nExcellent communication skills\nAchieved Basic Food Hygiene Certificate\nSupervisory experience\nPositive attitude\nAbility to work under pressure\nAbility to work on own or in teams\n\n

ELIGIBILITY

\n

·       In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.

\n

·       Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
