This is a **full‑time operational position** , working on a **rotating schedule** that includes split shifts, weekends, and holidays according to service needs. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and the wider kitchen team to deliver a high‑quality dining experience aligned with Hyatt brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** The **Chef de Partie / Pizzaiolo** is responsible for managing their assigned section and for the correct preparation of pizzas and related culinary items, including but not limited to: + Preparing **pizza dough, toppings, and assigned dishes** in accordance with recipes and established standards + Ensuring the **quality, flavor, texture, and presentation** of all dishes served + Managing your section independently during service + Carrying out **mise en place, production, and service preparation** + Operating and controlling **pizza ovens** , ensuring correct temperatures and cooking times + Supervising proper **storage, labeling, and stock rotation** of products + Supporting **basic stock control** , ordering processes, and waste minimization + Strictly following **food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines** + Maintaining the kitchen and workstations **clean, organized, and orderly** at all times + Working collaboratively with other kitchen sections and supporting the team when needed + Adapting to service demands with a **proactive, flexible, and solution‑oriented attitude** **Qualifications:** **Requirements & Profile** + Previous experience as a **Chef de Partie and/or Pizzaiolo** , ideally in **masías, traditional restaurants, or artisan pizzerias** + Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with **dough preparation, fermentation, and pizza cooking techniques** + Passion for **traditional cuisine, quality ingredients, and culinary excellence** + Ability to perform in a **fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environment** + Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and autonomy in your role + Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills + Flexibility to work **rotating schedules** , including weekends and holidays + Commitment to Hyatt’s high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation **Care Connects Us – Do Our Values Speak to You?** At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best.
