Job DescriptionTo prepare food to a high standard in any area required by the senior chefsTo assist in any extra functions.To provide to a consistently high standard for functions and different dining areas.To manage the Client Dining, restaurant, hospitality and conference food offers when requested by senior chefsTo assist in the training of junior staffTo ensure smooth running of daily operationsHygiene and personal hygiene checksTo ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to as described in the Searcy Health & Safety PolicyTo comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.Any other reasonable request of Senior Management Must also be able to give orders within their section, as well as reliably carry out orders handed down to them by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.QualificationsDiploma/High School graduate.Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chef De Partie in a luxury property.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Pleasant personality and positive attitude.Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
