In this role, you will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen section, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality Mediterranean dishes in line with Hyatt's brand standards. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, you will support daily kitchen operations, maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Mediterranean cuisine, including regional specialties from Italy, Spain, France, Greece, and the Mediterranean coast.
