You are responsible for preparing, hand-pulling and cooking fresh noodles according to hotel standards. Ensures food quality, hygiene and consistency while maintaining a clean and efficient workstation.
**Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in hand-pulled noodle preparation.
• Strong hand-pulling technique and speed.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physically fit to perform repetitive hand movements.
