In the heart of the Swiss Alps, Mediterranean culinary culture meets Alpine elegance, ushering in a new era of Greek cuisine. Guests can expect an innovative concept with authentic flavours, hand-picked ingredients, specialities from the open fire and the famous Greek hospitality. To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Chef de Partie to open our Greek restaurant Neora from the coming winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities\nOrganising the kitchen post\nPreparing food, drinks, materials and equipment for service\nCooking and serving dishes \nInstructing cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards\nCleaning and preparing the work area\nConducting training courses \nAssisting with development meetings\nEnsuring correct on boarding into the company\n
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nCompleted training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy in a comparable position\nFirst experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine \nExcellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine\nProfessional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness\nStructured and organised way of working\nGreat interest in team-oriented work\nVery good knowledge of German and English\n
