**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie - Breakfast Chef to join our team at Hyatt Place Caribbean Park Melbourne. As a Chef de Partie - Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes for our guests in a casual and friendly work environment. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Preparing a wide variety of breakfast dishes, including hot items, continental items, and made-to-order options
+ Ensuring all food items are prepared to the highest quality standards
+ Maintaining a clean and organised workspace throughout service
+ Assisting with inventory management and stock rotation
+ Providing excellent customer service to our guests
+ Collaborating with the wider hospitality team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
**What we're looking for**
+ Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Line Cook, preferably in a hotel setting
+ Strong cooking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and public holidays

**Qualifications:**
**Qualifications**
+ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a large hotel or restaurant.
+ Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
+ Hands on leadership skills that fosters a positive Hyatt culture resulting in a team that is inspired to achieve results
+ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
+ Proven knowledge and experience in all operational and functional aspects of kitchen administration
+ Ability to manage labor and food costs within a budget
+ Strong focus on OH&S and Food Safety Systems i.e. HACCP
