**Description:**
The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a specific kitchen section and ensuring the consistent preparation, cooking, and presentation of high‑quality dishes. This role supports the Sous Chef and Head Chef by supervising commis and demi chefs, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth operations during service. The Chef de Partie plays a key role in delivering efficient kitchen performance, minimizing wastage, and upholding all food safety and sanitation requirements.
**Qualifications:**
+ Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience
+ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a hotel or fine‑dining environment
+ Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food presentation
+ Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
+ Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
