What will I be doing?

Primary responsibility will be staff restaurant for 200+ team members Working hours are 8am till 4pm - 5 days out of 7 Contributing to menu creation for team member restaurantEnsure consistency in quality of dishes at all timesComply with company policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures

 

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.Excellent communication skillsPositive attitudeAbility to work on own or in teams
