We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team. In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality food that meets established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety requirements, while supporting the senior culinary brigade and contributing to smooth daily operations.

What You’ll DoPrepare and present food to a high standard across à la carte, daily, and seasonal menusSupport day‑to‑day kitchen operations and assist with training junior team membersMaintain food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all timesMonitor food quality, portion control, and efficient use of ingredientsWork collaboratively with kitchen and stewarding teams to ensure seamless serviceAssist with stock control, menu preparation, events, and off‑site catering as required

What We’re Looking For

To succeed as a Chef de Partie with Hilton, you’ll bring strong technical skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. You will have:

3+ years’ experience in a high‑standard restaurant or 5‑star hotel environmentAt least 1 year as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent, ideally with an international hotel brandFormal culinary or hospitality training (preferred) and a valid health certificateSolid knowledge of Western or Chinese cuisine, depending on kitchen assignmentStrong technical skills relevant to your section (main kitchen, banquet, or pastry)Sound understanding of food safety and HACCP standardsThe ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environmentStrong organisation, time‑management, and problem‑solving skillsA collaborative mindset with leadership and training capabilityGood English communication skills (preferred)
