We are currently seeking a motivated, skilled, and passionate Chef de Partie – All Day Dining Restaurant with a strong culinary background in hospitality to join our dynamic culinary team.
The All Day Dining Restaurant is a large-scale, high-volume outlet with approximately 220 seating capacity, requiring candidates who are confident working in fast-paced environments and experienced in managing consistent quality and efficiency in large kitchen operations.
The Chef de Partie – All Day Dining Restaurant is responsible for assisting the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and efficiency within their assigned section. This role supports the smooth operation of the kitchen in line with Hyatt International’s brand standards while meeting guest and operational expectations.
