Chef de Partie
We are seeking a passionate **Chef de Partie** to join our professional kitchen team\. You will have: + **3 years’ experience** in a high‑standard restaurant or 5‑star hotel environment + **At least 1 year as a Demi Chef de Partie** or equivalent, ideally with an international hotel brand + **Formal culinary or hospitality training** \(preferred\) and a valid **health certificate** + Solid knowledge of **Western or Chinese cuisine** , depending on kitchen assignment + Strong technical skills relevant to your section \(main kitchen, banquet, or pastry\) + Sound understanding of **food safety and HACCP** standards + The ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen environment + Strong organisation, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills + A collaborative mindset with **leadership and training capability** + Good **English communication skills** \(preferred\) ## What It’s Like to Work for Hilton Hilton is a global leader in hospitality, known for delivering warm, memorable experiences to guests around the world\.
