As a Chef at Sodexo inPriory Hospital Bristol, you’ll play a vital role in preparing high-qualitymeals that support patient wellbeing and enhance the overall dining experience. You’ll be responsible for managing your own sectionof the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standardsContribute to menu planning and recipe developmentSupport, guide, and train junior chefs and kitchen staffEnsure full compliance with health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, COSHH, and fire safety regulationsMaintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environmentWhat you bring:
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ experience as a chefFood Safety Certificate level 2 or 3Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for cookingAbility to perform well under pressure in a busy kitchenClear, respectful communication and a strong team spiritWhat we offer:
