Chef de Partie
Location: Four Acres, George Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7PD
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shifts between 06:30–15:00 or 12:00–20:30, flexibility required)
Salary: £16.32 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

What you’ll do:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes for staff and fine dining events
Work across a variety of services including staff dining, hospitality and functions
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations
Ensure food safety, health & hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Contribute to menu development and food innovation on site
What you bring:
Proven experience in a hotel or fine dining environment
Strong culinary skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Flexibility to work different shifts depending on business needs
A successful completion of a trade test is required
A team player with a passion for high standards and quality service
