What will you be doing?

Leading the way with your creative flair and passion for food you will be working in our al la carte dinner restaurant as well as banquets and events. In this role you will be responsible for:

Ensuring consistent delivery of quality, well-presented dining experiences to our guestsWorking with the team to ensure exceptional customer service standardsSupervising a team of highly passionate culinary enthusiasts and assist with training team membersReduce food wastage and manage and maintain a clean working environment

 

What are we looking for?

A minimum of 2 years demonstrated previous experience in a similar roleA current, valid, and relevant trade commercial cookery qualificationKnowledge of current food trendsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure
