Chef De Partie
Location: Diageo, Leven Banbeath Industrial Estate, Leven, Fife, Scotland
Working Hours: 33 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Hourly Rate: £14.00
Contract Type: Permanent
We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at Diageo Leven. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, enjoy preparing high-quality food, and want to be part of a team delivering excellent service in a corporate setting, this is the role for you.
What you’ll do:
Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
Prepare, cook, and present food in line with Sodexo standards and client expectations
Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards
Support in menu planning and stock control
Contribute to a positive kitchen culture through teamwork and communication
What you bring:
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Passion for quality food and service delivery
Flexibility and reliability, with a professional approach to work
