What you’ll doPrepare and cook meals for 400+ employees
Lead food preparation in your section
Support menu planning, ordering, and compliance records
Train, guide, and develop team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen
Deliver excellent customer service
Assist the Head Chef with stock ordering and paperwork
Follow all HSE standards at all times
What you bring✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
âś… NVQ Level 2 qualification (essential)
Experience in menu planning and food production
Exposure to large-scale or bulk catering
A hands-on approach with strong organisational skills
