Join Sodexo’s talented culinary team at the prestigious Shell Centre in Central London. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to bring creativity, consistency, and high standards to our dynamic kitchen.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with experience in high-end hospitality or hotel kitchens to work in a collaborative, professional environment—while enjoying the benefits of a weekday schedule and the support of a global organisation.
What you’ll do:Prepare and deliver consistently high-quality dishes with attention to detail and presentation
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with the smooth running of kitchen operations
Manage your section effectively, including mise en place and service
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards across all processes
Contribute to menu planning and daily specials
Mentor and assist junior team members
Monitor stock levels and minimise waste
Basic pastry and dessert knowledge is desirable—with opportunities to develop your skills further
What we’re looking for:2–3 years’ experience as a CDP, or strong Commis Chef experience in high-end or fine-dining environments
Previous work in 4- or 5-star hotels or restaurants is preferred
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or higher desirable)
Reliable, flexible, and professional approach
