Andaz Gold Coast, a new lifestyle luxury property, is searching for a visionary Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary identity of our signature restaurant from day one. This is your chance to shape the menu, craft the culture, and build a team that creates unforgettable memories with purpose and passion.
What You’ll Do
· Lead all culinary operations for the Main Restaurant during pre-opening and beyond
· Co-create an innovative menu that blends seasonality, creativity, and guest-centric storytelling
· Build, train, and mentor a powerhouse like-minded professionals, that possess your creativity and talent
· Set standards for food quality, presentation, and operational excellence
· Collaborate with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to bring the restaurant concept to life
· Implement efficient, modern kitchen systems that support consistency and sustainability
· Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are flawlessly executed
