The Role
You will be required to manage in successfully operating the assigned kitchen operation, in this case Collins Kitchen Restaurant,as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration. You will create, innovate and develop new and exciting concepts which deliver distinctive experiences to our guests.

What we are looking for?
Previous experience as Chef De Cuisine in a hotel or large restaurant with excellent standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brandsQualification in Kitchen Production or ManagementComprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essentialBasic computer skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance Systemare preferredOnly those candidates with the legal and full working rights for Australia will be consideredCulture
