**We are looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our Culinary Team! The** **Chef de Cuisine oversees all culinary operations within the restaurant’s kitchen. This role is responsible for leading, training, and motivating the culinary team to achieve excellence while maintaining profitability. With a strong focus on quality, consistency, and production standards, the Chef de Cuisine ensures that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.**
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
· Actively participates in daily food preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and quality.
· Provides daily leadership and oversight to the culinary team.
· Collaborates closely with Front of House leadership to consistently exceed guest expectations.
· Evaluates team conduct and provides ongoing coaching to support growth and accountability.
· Ensures strict adherence to safe and sanitary food handling practices.
· Maintains high standards of workstation organization, equipment cleanliness, and overall kitchen safety.

Pay Range: $82,000 to $88,000 per year based on experience.
**Qualifications:**
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a hotel or resort environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume production while maintaining exceptional quality
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen environment
· Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, food products, and kitchen equipment
· Proven experience fostering professional, respectful working relationships
