The Chef deCuisine– LidoisresponsibleforexhibitsstrongculinarytalentsinItalianandMediterraneancuisinebypersonallyperformingtaskswhileleadingthe staff andmanagingallItalian,Mediterranean,breakfast,poolside, andall-daydiningfoodrelatedfunctions. Workstocontinuallyimproveguestandemployeesatisfactionwhilemaximizingthefinancialperformanceofmanagedareas. Supervises Lidokitchenaswellasotherrelatedfoodoperationsin the hoteltoensureconsistent,high-qualityproductsareproduced.Responsibleforguidinganddevelopingstaff.Ensuresexemplarysanitationandfoodsafetystandardsareachievedwhilstminimizingfoodwastage.
