Are you a creative and driven culinary professional with a deep interest in culinary tradition and an eye for innovation? Do you thrive in dynamic environments, balancing leadership with hands-on kitchen work? Are you passionate about showing the richness of Venetian cuisine to our international guests? Your Main Responsibilities

Lead the overall kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence in food preparation and presentation.

Inspire, mentor, and develop a multicultural team of culinary professionals, promoting a collaborative and respectful kitchen culture.

Curate and evolve menus that celebrate Venetian and Italian culinary traditions while embracing modern trends and seasonal ingredients.

Collaborate closely with the FB Manager on new offerings, special events, and promotional initiatives.

Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement while minimizing waste and ensuring sustainable practices.

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety accordingly to Italian laws and Hyatt brand policies.
