The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a great vision, a drive for innovation, and fosters a positive and engaging culture\. At least 2\-3 years of chef experience in a high\-volume restaurant is required\. Prior hotel and union management experience are a plus\. **What will I be doing?** As Chef de Cuisine, you would be responsible for leading the culinary production of a designated kitchen in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\.
