Are you passionate about preparing quality food in a fast-paced, friendly environment? We’re looking for a Chef to join our team at our leisure centre in Chelmsford, operated by Northumbrian Water.

Key Responsibilities:Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold mealsMaking fresh sandwiches and snacksAssisting with food preparation for daily serviceEnsuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all timesFollowing food safety procedures, including HACCP guidelinesOccasional pot washing
Requirements:Previous experience in a similar catering or kitchen environmentUnderstanding of HACCP and food safety standardsFood Hygiene Level 2 certification (required)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamA positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
