ADP is hiring a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist

In this role, you will be part of a small team providing operational support of disbursements from ADP 401K plans. All ADP retirement plan disbursements are produced, reconciled, and reported through this team and you will be an integral part of accomplishing it.
Daily, you will work with administrative systems to assist in the processing and mailing of checks, creating and verifying special handling requests, and managing check production room inventory. You will also create and process payments prior to printing. As you develop in your role, you may also reconcile demand deposit accounts, provide instructions for money moves, respond to internal requests, and perform tax-related assignments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ON A TYPICAL DAY:
Oversee the daily printing and mailing of retirement plan disbursement checks Monitor and respond to internal customer requests and inquires Manage special handling requests and projects related to disbursement checks and mailings Produce and assemble mail packages Prepare, generate, reconcile, and review reports of check production and compliance Coordinate mailing projects with internal compliance and service teams Managing incoming mail and resolve returns checks, letters, and compliance packages Manage inventory of check production supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships Troubleshoot mailroom system and mailroom operation issues Operate mail management tools and systems to perform mail room duties Support team members in various roles as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
Have an eye for detail and strong organization skills Ability to work independently, manage your time well, multi-task and maintain firm deadlines Strong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with business and desktop systems Be highly driven, self-motivated to learn new concepts, and willingness to participate in new projects Demonstrate collaboration and flexibility to work toward team goals
EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent training. 1 to 3 years of general Financial Control experience OR 1 to 2 years as a Financial Control Analyst I having mastered the skills for that role and excelling in the performance management appraisal.A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
