Chavanoz Maintenance Manager

The role

You will ensure the continuous improvement of equipment, machines and defining and oversee regulatory inspections.Prevent, supervise, and/or coordinate the resolution of breakdowns to avoid production stoppages; intervene in complex failures are some of the activities in your roleManage the team and optimize workforce planning.Oversee external contractors and ensure contract supervision, service monitoring, and adherence to specifications.You will make proposals related to the investment plan (technical and/or cost estimates) and lead and/or implement associated projects.Ensure various reporting activities (performance, interventions, improvement plans, etc.).Identify replacement or innovative solutions (equipment, services) to meet operational needs.Monitor and verify the compliance of actions carried out by external contractors (quality, safety, and alignment with the expressed requirements).

About you

You have managerial experience (teams of 5+) and you have a technical background You have consolidated experience in similar roles Ability to use IT tools (Microsoft, GMAO, SAP) You have experience in working with other teams (production, method, logistic, QHSE) and safety is your priority. You have experience in continuous improvement projects (automation, electric, mechanics))
