Job Description The Chart Management Coordinator II (CMC) performs a variety of Health Information Management (HIM) administrative duties to include medical record retrieval, storage, and maintenance. Additionally, the individual in this role assists with claim scrubs, rejections, and related billing operations to ensure correct claims submission.
