Job Summary

Join the Blumenthal Health & Rehabilitation Center team as a Charge Nurse LPN and play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with our healthcare professionals to optimize every aspect of rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the nursing department, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

Develop and maintain patient care records, including documentation and reporting

Supervise and mentor licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and other healthcare staff members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with our rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina

Minimum 0 years of experience as an LPN, with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
