Chargé(e) de Ressources Humaines H/F

En tant que Chargé(e) de Ressources Humaines, vous serez le premier point de contact RH pour les collaborateurs du site et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la HR Business Services Manager.

Principales responsabilités :

Accompagnement des salariés lors de leur embauche : transmission des documents (visite médicale, mutuelle…)Gestion administrative RH : arrêts de travail, paie, suivi des formations et des entretiens professionnelsRédaction de courriers et communications RH (notes d'information, info RH mensuelle…)Réponse aux sollicitations des collaborateurs et managersTenue et mise à jour des dossiers du personnelSuivi des intérimaires : tableaux de bord, lien avec les agences (Manpower, etc.), transmission des pointages dans ADPVérification de la mise à jour du SIRH (Workday) par les managersSuivi et mise à jour des indicateurs RH mensuelsParticipation à des projets RH et site : livret d’accueil, accords d’astreinte et temps de travail, règlement intérieur, analyse de l’absentéisme…

Votre profil :

Bac +3 minimum en Ressources HumainesMaîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment ADPAisance relationnelle, rédactionnelle et oraleCapacité à hiérarchiser les priorités, rigueur et dynamismeRespect strict de la confidentialitéLa maîtrise de l’anglais est un plusUn déplacement à Toulouse est à prévoir tous les deux mois (4 jours / 2 mois).
