Fields of focus will be diverse across the program and include functional and technical opportunities\. This returnship position is within the Integrated Program Planning organization and will be located in Orlando, FL\. This returnship position partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions\. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy\. Provides the program with time\-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts\. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused\. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response\. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator\. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts\. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\.
