We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spiritual Care Provider to support the emotional and spiritual well-being of patients, families, and colleagues. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will offer grief support, crisis intervention, and spiritual guidance during life transitions. You’ll also facilitate interfaith services and collaborate with community faith leaders to ensure inclusive care.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Theology, Religion, Spiritual Care, or related field1–3 years of experience in Spiritual Care, including minimum of 1 CPE trainingBoard Certified Chaplain (BCC) strongly preferred (APC, CASC, NACC, NAJC)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to assess spiritual distress and document care in EMRComfortable working in a collaborative, clinical environmentKey Responsibilities:
Deliver transformative spiritual care experiencesRespect and honor diverse religious beliefs and practicesProvide ethics consultation and spiritual assessmentsEducate and support colleagues in spiritual care practicesPromote workplace spirituality and sacred spaceJoin us in creating healing environments that nurture the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
