Channel Sales Manager (M/F/D) Location: Remote, Germany.

Your duties

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Identify, engage, and close new channel business opportunities with key decision-makers. Support sales meetings alongside Channel Sales Representatives. Develop and manage distribution and channel partner relationships. Analyze customer needs, propose solutions, and secure contracts. Expand existing accounts to grow indirect sales opportunities. Drive custom development projects for strategic deals. Manage pipeline and forecasts in CRM. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and partner programs. Implement business plans with clear targets and revenue goals. Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal teams. Travel as required to meet clients and partners.

Skills required

Minimum 3 years of successful channel sales experience in B2B environments, with a strong "hunter" mentality and proven track record in new business development. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with evolving priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and German, Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and Product Management teams. Solid understanding of industry trends and technologies, with the ability to present solutions confidently to partners and customers.
