Description and Requirements about the role and Business Unit
Consumer Channel Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them. You will have an exceptionally wide role, both developing the strategic vision for the next phase of Lenovo growth and ensuring quarterly and annual targets are met and exceeded
Job responsibilities:
Developing the customer relationship on all levels in the organization and increase prevalence in all product groups. Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information. Managing and planning of business and sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives Representing the company successfully by establishing strong communication with his/her customers Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions for them Making regular customer/field visits to follow up the voice of customers and the market closely Work with marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives for and jointly with the channel Enablement and Development of strategies to help business partner to grow their business with the entire Lenovo product portfolio and solutions. Always in mind to use a 360 approach with all Lenovo solutions Being responsible for sales revenue, profit and market share Forecasting sales and planning to source accordingly Tracking and reporting sell in, sell out and stock data for each channelOrganization
You will report to Consumer BU Lead supporting customers in consumer channel. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.
What do we expect from you?
Graduating from relevant departments of universities 5 to 10 years of sales and key account management experience in retail sector, IT sector is a plus Demonstrated experience and success in sales Great team player with a self-initiative mindset Customer-focused, strong communication, business tactics, and planning competence Knowing technology concepts well, developing customer needs and positioning the right products and solutions Accessories sales experience is a plus Industry know-how and knowledge of the IT channel and preferably a reliable network into the partner landscape in the region Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Turkish and English. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) No restriction to travel Driving licenseWhat We Will Offer You:
