We’re looking for a motivated Channel Programs Manager Switzerland to support partner onboarding, relationship management, and demand‑generation activities that drive customer acquisition and business growth through partner channels. In this role, you’ll help deliver a differentiated customer experience, execute marketing support tasks, and assist in analyzing partner marketing performance. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, stay informed on industry trends, and contribute to key marketing projects.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding of new partners and assist with ongoing partner relationships
Help execute partner marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow existing business
Coordinate partner communications to ensure a strong and consistent customer experience
Perform marketing support activities (CRM updates, accruals, collateral management)
Assist in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing partner marketing initiatives
Conduct market and competitive research to support targeted programs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to priority projects
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in marketing, partner management, sales, channel, or related functions
Fluency in English and German (required)
Knowledge of digital marketing, channel programs, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and basic marketing principles
Strong communication skills, learning agility, customer focus, and attention to detail
