We’re looking for a dynamic Channel Programs Manager to elevate our partner ecosystem across Benelux. In this role, you’ll shape compelling value propositions, strengthen strategic partnerships, and drive demand through impactful channel programs. You’ll be the connector between our partners, sales, and marketing—accelerating customer acquisition, unlocking growth, and ensuring our solutions win in the market.
What You’ll Do
Build and launch strong partner value propositions and integrated solutions.
Develop and deepen relationships with key business, technology, and channel partners.
Onboard new strategic partners and optimize existing collaborations.
Drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion through partner-led strategies.
Lead training, enablement, and sales support to empower partner sales teams.
Create and execute joint marketing programs that generate pipeline and demand.
Manage Market Development Funds (MDF), ensuring smart usage and compliance.
Craft messaging and content frameworks for partner programs and campaigns.
Collaborate cross‑functionally and mentor junior team members.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7–10 years’ experience in channel, partner, marketing, or B2B sales roles.
Strength in channel management, GTM strategy, digital marketing, and demand generation.
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic thinking skills.
Agile mindset, customer‑centric approach, and digital fluency.
