Reporting to the Sales Manager, the **Channel Partner Manager South Europe** is focused on creating winning conditions for OTT HydroMet with European Channels and target Accounts across the Hydrology and Meterology segments which results in incremental growth of revenue and profitability expectations while also developing strong growth of future opportunities as a result of building reliable sales funnels.
This position is located in Italy or Spain.
**In this role, a typical day will look like:**
+ Deliver on financial targets and KPIs through forecasting and funnel reviews.
+ Assess accounts, define growth potential, and develop strategies to expand share of wallet.
+ Build strong relationships with decision makers to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends through collaboration, publications, and conferences.
+ Monitor account performance with KPIs, address gaps, and lead quarterly reviews.
+ Balance territory execution while managing channel conflicts effectively.
+ Develop new business opportunities with both direct and indirect channels.
+ Engage authorities, engineering firms, and influencers to strengthen market presence.
+ Negotiate and execute contracts, projects, and product initiatives across functions.
+ Track competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain advantages.
+ Participate in site visits, trade shows, demos, and seminars.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Bachelor’s in Engineering preferred; High School Diploma required.
+ 5+ years’ sales experience with channel partners and key accounts in Hydro/Met.
+ Strong relationship-building and presentation skills across technical audiences.
+ Proficiency in CRM tools for funnel management and forecasting.
+ Fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.
+ Willing to travel 50% within Spain and Italy.
+ Self-motivated, customer-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
