Due to an internal promotion, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to lead our Licensed and Other Impulse channels across New Zealand.In this high-impact role, you’ll have the autonomy to develop and execute your own plans for both channels—setting direction, driving execution, and delivering measurable results. A critical part of your responsibility will be managing our national key accounts, turning your vision into tangible success through strong partnerships and flawless execution. You’ll work closely with senior cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Finance, Category, Executive Leadership, and the Field Sales Team—to shape priorities, align resources, and ensure your initiatives are delivered with precision and purpose. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in the FMCG industry who’s ready to lead with confidence. While experience managing national key accounts is highly valued, we also welcome high-performing sales people who are eager to step into a broader role. If you bring energy, commercial acumen, and a passion for building customer relationships, this could be your next big move. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Develop and update annual channel plans, setting volume and revenue targets. Translate channel strategies into national execution plans. Optimize trade spend within budget. Partner with internal teams to implement winning ideas. Provide timely reporting on progress against objectives. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, ideally with exposure to both key accounts and field sales. Proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies that deliver results. Skilled in financial analysis, customer insight interpretation, and data-driven decision-making. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong communication, planning, and time management skills. A collaborative leader with a positive, can-do attitude and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
