Job Description

To conceptualise, formulate and execute the product development strategy to ensure products or services reach target markets effectively.Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects or initiatives aligned to strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track progressPlan for handling work outputs, pull together interdependent activities and specify priorities, standards and procedures to ensure tactical excellence.Brainstorm, identify, implement and drive innovative best practice ideas within the organisation to ensure increased efficiencies.Create and participate in specialist communities of practice and represent the organisation at Group and industry level to share best practice insights and solutions.Drive strategic projects, change management and platform integration across operations.Leverage Group capability to exploit opportunities.Ensure and encourage adherence to an operational framework of policies and procedures.Establish and preserve solid bonds with channel partners.Develop and execute sales plans to optimise channel efficiency.Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Set sales goals and assess partner success using performance metrics.Train partners to maximise product expertise and sales strategies.Job Details
