As a Product Director within the Digital Channels Enablement team, you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
As a Product Director within the Digital Channels Enablement team, you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
This role involves leading content management for both web and mobile platforms to deliver seamless digital experiences. Including but not limited to managing digital strategy, advocating for the team and business, and serving as the primary liaison with key stakeholders. Strong agility and content management expertise are essential, along with overseeing the entire product delivery lifecycle.
Job responsibilities
Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targetsLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationDevelop and execute strategic vision to enhance and scale content management processesCollaborate with Quad Partners, Line of Businesses (LOBs), and platform owners to support strategic initiatives and optimize page buildsDrive modernization of the public content site by migrating to new technology stacksManage cross-functional initiatives, stakeholder communications, and represent the team in leadership forumsPartner with Compliance, Control, Legal, and Risk to ensure regulatory and legal obligations are met
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsExtensive knowledge and user of content management applications such as Adobe Experience ManagerExperience with leading large teams in multiple locations
