Role Title: Channel Distributor Senior Assistant Manager - Pampanga and Bataan
Location: Central Luzon - Pampanga/Bataan

Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee distributor operations and ensure effective coverage of channels coveredLand and lead execution of category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder managementLocalize national strategy in helping distributor deliver priority KPIs (e.g. Reach, ECOV, B2B, Assortment targets, etc.)Ensure perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment is properly in-placedLand distributor turnaround strategy in coordination with Channels teamEnsure profitability of the distributor handled within the assigned area.

Qualifications:

With 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management handling distributorsProficient in basic Microsoft applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)Strong operational skillsAnalytical thinking, passion for high performance, bias for actionCan drive and work in a field-based role within the area of Pampanga and Bataan
